Corrections, what we cannot help with, and how to reach us.
We read everything sent through the form below. It is the only way to reach us, and it comes to a person, not a queue.
What is most useful to send
A correction. If something here is factually wrong, out of date, or no longer true of a hospital or a department, tell us — and tell us how you know, if you can. Corrections are made on the page, dated, and described. We do not quietly edit mistakes away.
A gap. If you searched for something and found nothing worth reading, that is worth knowing. Tell us what you were trying to find out.
Something that has changed. Departments move, clinics close, waiting times shift, a specialist leaves. A guide is only as good as the day it was last checked, and readers usually notice before we do.
When you write about a particular page, saying which one turns “this is wrong” into a fix. With that, a correction usually goes up the same week.
What we cannot do
We cannot give medical advice. Nothing here is a consultation, and no message you send us will be read by a clinician acting as your clinician. If you need an opinion about your own health, ask a qualified professional who can see you. If it is urgent, contact a hospital or emergency service — not this form.
We cannot help with an appointment, a bill, a referral or a record. We are not affiliated with any hospital, clinic or health system named on this site. Those belong to the provider, and going through us only adds a delay.
We cannot recommend a hospital for you personally. What is right depends on your condition, your history and your circumstances, and we do not know any of them.
Press, partnerships and listings
Sponsorship never buys a recommendation, a ranking, or a place on a list. If that is what you are asking for, the answer is no, and saying so now saves us both an email.
What happens to what you send
Your message and your address are stored so we can reply, and for nothing else. No mailing list, no forwarding, no advertising. We do not record your IP address or which browser you used. Ask us to delete a message and it is deleted outright.
